Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Om Bikaner Sweets, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of food products, our return and refund policy is limited and clearly defined.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable food items (sweets, namkeen, snacks, etc.)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Health or personal care items
  • Items damaged due to customer handling
  • Sale or discounted items

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, opened or consumed food products are not eligible for return.


Damaged or Defective Products

We only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective at the time of delivery

To request a replacement:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share order details and clear photos/videos of the damaged product

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your card provider or bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Exchanges for taste preference, quantity, or wrong selection are not allowed.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift, a store credit may be issued (if applicable)
  • If not marked as a gift, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns
